Purchasing Ski Properties in Salt Lake City Area
Salt Lake County requires ski properties to have a
Tourist Home license. In order to obtain this license,
you must purchase a property "that already has one", as
it's my understanding that they no longer can be
obtained. For up-to-date information on the county
ordinance contact Salt Lake City, or Cottonwood Heights
